Keeping my sanity

It is like as they say, "they know best" Why believe you if you say you are in pain. No way your hands could be hurting you... they can't see it after all.

It is good for that. You can get it out of your system and others can talk about it with you if you so please. Threads like these are very good for mental health in my opinion.

Sorry to hear that... That does happen here let alone irl sometimes. I have had several irl stalkers over the years. It's a pain.
