can you talk about feminism?

Feminism is a really important movement. There’s some “feminists” that are just using it as a veil to bash men, but that’s a small subset. The real problem is anyone who thinks women need to be pumping out babies and slaving away in the home.

Im all for women being equal but if ur gonna argue about equality shit need to be fucking equal. Not equal when its convenient for you. Most of the modern day feminists dont give a shit about men and their rights they just want women to be at the top doing whatever probably some girl who wasnt loved enough by dad or crush went for the girl that wasnt them and turned into some anti-man activist. My issue with feminism is my issue with LGBT it needs to stop being crammed down our throats again no one cares. You get ur equal rights you should stop complaining. Not when you get something you wanted for your community then you move on to the next thing to see if you get that too

I mean am i talking to a wall ? My point is , you can't legally pay someone less because their gender THEREFORE you can't hire all woman and pay them less. Especially in the nursing field are men likely to work over hours, far from home etc. (Read my post from earlier) And to say men make more just because their gender is an absolutely simplistic analysis. At the end it all come down to who works more and is more efficient earn more

@bruce do i believe women get paid less? No. In some rare cases maybe they do. But across the board i dont think so. What i do think is some people get extra pay for something and they then manipulate the numbers and make it seem like they are being paid less than the colleagues when in actuality everyone hot a raise and you didnt Where was the community when i got unfairly cheated out of a promotion by 2 women when i worked harder than them?

Now finally we are getting somewhere. So basically there are companies which paid people unfairly and get away with it, but it still doesn't make what they have done legal . I think we have just agreed and make a conclusion.
