Traits that breaks the relationship

Oh oof, my bad, but like you just said it’s up to YOU to overcome that feeling, from what I’ve found it’s hard for others to help you with the change, I used to be the same back in middle school for sure

The biggest thing that helped me with my own self confidence was my own desire to be there for my friends when they were down, to be confident in myself enough for them to feel like I’m there to support them

Yeah. Its hard when your life tries to bash you down for everyday you wake up to. If my life was calm and not having to worry about people who lash out at me I would be fine. I do that but I could focus on that more to get my mind off of everything.

Yeah I feel you, when I was in middle school there were many teachers that I had that were aware of my mental disability, some teachers of which either highly exaggerated it with everyday assuming I was completely mentally retarded and treat me as such or there were other teachers who would single me out for things I struggled with where other students had no problem with. Throughout middle school I always had the same thing going through my mind, that I’m different from everyone else, the way these teachers treated me only made this mindset worse, even now I’m aware of how my disability makes me different than most other people, but over time I’ve come to adapt and let go of what other people say about me

"Where do you want to eat?" "Idk you choose!" "Ok how aboooooouut..." "No"

Or how about when you watch and listen to whatever they want to share with you because it's dear to them. But when you share something they like "ehh Im not in the mood" Reciprocation! That's the word. Or lack there of.
