So far I’ve watched spirited away, howls moving castle, children of the whale, some series from the 90’s (which had awesome lofi music in it, maybe sunflower Samurai?) and a few random bits of other things.

That’s nice, good start into anime. Did you want to look at more anime movies/popular series? Or some seasonal stuff that’s currently airing

Awwwww She is a baby anime watcher QAQ omg. Since you like stuff like ghibli like films i suggest made in the abyss. Its a little different but it has that sort of vibe imo

Made in abyss is an anime so whenever you get around to watching actual shows you have some material For movies another ghibli movie i like is ponyo. Besides ghibli you can watch koe no kitachi (the silent voice) that movie is extremely good i recommend it 100%
