For some people a girlfriend really pulls them out of the depression but as soon as they breakup or something they go batshit insane. Mumkey broke bad big time.

Honestly the main reason to live is thinking about the consequences to everybody's lives around you if you do die. You do not want to leave a wound that deep in their hearts missing you. If you cannot live for yourself then live for others.

I feel like everything is easier said than done. I've already done therapy and medication and all that, but I still just feel alone and unloved I guess. Or unimportant to the world. I've been this way for probably 7 years now
