What are some unique difficulties both sexes handles in dating?

Like one girl in a restaurant that walked up to me and said hi, then sorry I thought you were someone else, but then she told me her name and asked for mine. That's not something you do when you mistake someone so it was likely a signal. Took me a whole day to get it, I don't know what she expected. Men need Alan Turing's machine to decipher signals.

Even if what you wanna do is have sex or a one night stand, don't be shy to let her know exactly (not in details). Like, there's no need to promise her good feelings and a future together. Just a dumb example but communication is important.

Oh god, you go to sleep, go to the store, come back and your thread just blows up. I had so much I'd wanted to say to some of this xD I will say that people are disgusting. Men and women bathrooms can look like horror movies and you never know how many clean ones there are cause the clean people leave shit clean. I've worked retail in the past and let me tell you that I've seen shit, blood stains, piss paintings, hair, tampons, dirty diapers, condoms, needles and all kinds of gross crap in both bathrooms. People suck at flirting. It's easy to think guys suck but I think it's just cause they do most of the approaching. It's just.. if you've ever been on dating apps where women respond first, they often do the same boring generic "hi, what's up?" intro that guys do and can get just as creepy sometimes. People need to not be so hard on themselves. I will say +points for being a supportive partner. It's really hard to step outside yourself and consider what someone else might be going through. to be able to be considerate of that man or woman is a good thing.

Exactly! There could be 9 clean red people and 1 absolutely nasty one. While there could be 5 clean blue ppl and 5 somewhat dirty ones. So red bathroom at the end of the day looks nasty while blue bathroom is only kinda dirty. And yet all of red will look dirtier than all of blue on the outside.

I work retail too, women are a lot messier but to be fair, there's a lot more women clothing, more female customers and women usually try more clothes. But then there are the sleazy ones that pull on a sleeve until the clothing come off the hanger, and the hanger springs back up from the pull and fall on the ground. Don't even bother picking it up, or glancing at it, I got my shirt that's all that matter. Not even a "waahhh attack of the hanger falling down maybe that hook can damage me". I asked her if she needed help, got "leave me the f*** alone". I explain she is making a mess and she can take off the hanger normally and she asked to see my boss. To be fair she was a boomer I think.
