Im a couple of months i plan on getting extra jacked >:3 im gonna have alot of free time on my hands. I already have my $50 bag of protein powder gonna get back into my work out regiment and consuming over 3-5k calories a day ya boy is gonna be looking like he can bench press 50 doggos....well at least thats the goal XD

i only do cardio. my legs still look like shit, but i'm ok with that. i only do it to stay in shape. i could send a pic but i'm a bit too shy for a number of reasons i'm not gonna list.

I'll do a picture in the next few hours. Just know I'm not happy about it. I've been comitted and even increased my reps but I've lost 2 kilos. I'm meant to be builking up not shedding fat. I didn't even know I had any fat left to shed. This is dumb. I must need more meat.

Three meals a day. Corn flakes usually in the morning, some sort of soup or toasted snadwhich at lunch. And dinner can be all sorts of things. But since coming to the island where I live now I haven't had as much meat.
