How do I learn patience and to not rush in?

I guess my stress comes from some sort of expectation brought on by my parents. I have always viewed their relationship in an idealized way.

@CrazyMuhfuggah Well in my experience, the girls that come on hard from the start like instantly flirting and whatnot usually are the types that just want the validation and an ego boost from being sought after by guys. It's kinda always been a red flag to me. Though I mean I did run into one who genuinely liked me that basically flirted and sent me nudes super early on? She thought I was cute and we hit it off really well next thing I know bam, tiddies. Which I mean, I'm not going to complain about it (since she's actually really hot) but I was still weirded out by it for sure. I was legit super paranoid wondering if it was some type of trap.
