Excited for Pokemon Sword and Shield?

Is anyone getting it on the switch? Ahh the hype. Can't wait for Link's Awakening too! That's was my childhood :') and Animal Crossing!

I already know which one I'm getting. Sword. 1. I only really teach my pokemon moves that do damage. 2. I've been more impressed by swords than I have been by shields. 3. Do I really need a reason? Though I'm sure there are people who will get "Shield" and name themselves "Naofumi" and their starter "Raphtalia', if you get the joke, or get Sword and call themselves "Kirito" or "Asuka" if I remember right.

I would be hyped for a pokemon game again if gamefreak finally realises that pokemon has a big playerbase above 12 years old.

Im a the more you show me, the more excited I get kind of guy. Well depending on the info. That worked very well with Smash Ultimate, having me excited for that as much as I was for Pokemon Gold (which I still consider the holy grail of Pokemon games.) Only thing at the moment thats confirms my purchase is online multiplayer. We shall see whats to be revealed the next several months.

I'm definitely excited for it! As per tradition, my best friend and I flipped a coin to see who gets which one and looks like I am buying Shield!
