Fun with Anthem

I’ve always had a thing for bad rated games. I end up liking most of them. Same with Anthem. I really like it, and the flaws don’t bother me to much. Just wondering, am I the only one who enjoys it?

I honestly feel like people are having a pretty kneejerk reaction to this game, which seems to the standard reaction when a game turns out to just be "okay". It's really easy to get caught up with the bandwagon after some youtubers/streamers say a game is bad and then since it's published by EA it automatically gets the "EA GAME BAD"-stigma with it. Like man, I feel like the NPC meme applies pretty well to people like this because it's amazing how people just regurgitate negative things they've heard about the game as if to make a case against people who enjoy it. Claiming things like "If you enjoy the game you're part of the problem with gaming industry today!11!!" Anyway rant aside I've been having fun with the game personally. I mean the biggest problem I have with it is the loading screens but I honestly don't feel it much since I have the game installed on an SSD. :u

I’m playing it on a PS4 pro. The leadings screens can be pretty long :/

I'm playing on PC and yeah, I barely notice the loading screens since they go by so fast. I honestly didn't even realize it was that big of a problem until I started hearing complaints about it and then noticed when I just how many loading screens there are just for doing literally anything. Now that is a legitimate complaint and I hope they do something to get that fixed because you should not need to invest in an SSD just to enjoy a game
