ive been happily single for about 2 years now and i wouldnt trade this peace of mind for nothing

honestly every girlfriend ive had, except for my first girlfriend, tried to tear me down and change me instead of building me up and trying to bring out the best in me, as i tried to do for her. so after about a year of her bitching at me that i refused to change or , i just said "to hell with this! why should i be torn down while i try to support and build her up? this relationship is a one way street" and i left her that day and blocked her on every site except facebook (since i rarely log onto that site anyway) and never looked back.
