Seriously you're bringing your own trauma into this and saying that I owe you one something but you haven't even pain in my life enough to know what I've been through or even know me for that even little dim thing that you think that is my existence.

Just because people call you a monster doesn't mean you have to act like one. I have my darker aspects but I still try to be a functioning adult. Sometimes all you can do is be the bigger man and hope that if you're nice to people they will nice to you.

That's the same thing that I said before I graduated and then the person that I thought was going to marry the day that I graduated ended up having sex with my best friend that I thought was going to be my best man. But you're right I should be the bigger man in the world and try to make the best of it before I end up being very six feet under and wish that I was set off to see on a burning raft.

At the end of the day your happiness and well being is your responsibility and no one else's. It may seem cliche to say that in order to be in love you first have to love yourself, but it seems most things seem cliche because they're accurate to how most people act.

I love myself enough that I wouldn't even mind if the world ended tomorrow like seriously but you really don't understand me at all so you can believe what you want as it's not my business on how things go down or what happens next.

I don't like how holidays lost their meaning and how they are commercialized and are products of capitalism. I don't like how Valentine's Day is serious business and it's made to like, tell you what to do. "Hey February 14th is coming, you gonna buy roses and chocolates and heart-shaped holiday cards right? Oh you're not? Such a terrible lover!" Then it seems like people take it seriously so like, if your partner do, you have to comply to the capitalism (lol I know I sound silly saying capitalism is our enemy ^^') and do what he/she wants. But you know I'd rather do something he/she wants, not something someone told him/her was nice. What will captivate your heart? Do you prefer stars over hearts? Is red and pink overwhelming? Do you want some other food than chocolate? Do you even like flowers? What's your favorite flower, it doesn't have to be a rose.
I don't like the idea of a holiday that tells you to love and how to love. Like, if you wanna celebrate any holiday, you gotta do it on the right day or else you're off, right? But Valentine day is love, that's something I can do any day of the year, there's not a specific date and time for it. Like there's nothing really wrong with going on dates on Feb 14 or buying the usual stuff, as long as people are happy. Do it if you want, I'm not against that. I just don't like that it feels like an obligation.
