carnists also suffer from b12 and the most common vitamin deficiency is vitamin D there is no perfect diet, no matter what you eat you will be deficient in one thing or another unless you eat perfectly at the right times and do the right things

i think its culture and tradition, thats why also mouth pleasure is a good reason as well
