@alephy ty ty. i've thought about it a LITTLE bit but never in any sort of structured/formal way. really just intuition conducting the lunacy train at this point =p

the morality of incest, you say? hmm as always i tend to put a lot of weight on the meta-ethical moral skepticism so it's really tough for me to have these kinds of conversations. off rip yes i would say that, give me a moment to think and maybe ask a question or provide a circumstance

yeeaah honestly its a loaded proposition incest isn't immoral, its morally neutral the only thing about it that are immoral are things such as power structures and birth defects like if two twin males above the age of 18 did incest, there is literally nothing immoral about that but because incest is so polarizing i always wondered if anyone could debate against that xD

to be totally honest, i think that incestual relationships between consenting 18+ people is fine as long as neither person holds a position of power over the other. i really don't see any way to rationalize it another way. like yeah it's fucking weird but as long as you acknowledge the fact that you shouldn't reproduce if is a cis-het type of intimate relationship i don't see how it interferes with the golden rule at all. maybe i'm overlooking something really simple b/c i'm stoned? dunno haha

should we continue the vegan meta ethics debate? can you resummarize your rebuttal, sorry?
