Their channels also have some other nice trap tips like how to wear a skirt. If you gotta remember one thing, it's you gotta keep practicing. Drink water and stay hydrated too. Also losing weight can be a tricky thing, like, don't just check your calories intake. If you like eating and eat lots of snacks or eat junk food and sugary things, you'll notice that those things were holding you back and you'll lose a lot of extra fat. You can also find sites on google that calculate how much calories you should eat a day. Keep in mind that if you're about to do a physical activity, stay hydrated and make sure you ate recently to have some energy.
But remember to do physical activities when thinning down or you'll end up skinnyfat like me. There was a video that explained it really well but I forgot what it was called and I can't find it. But basically it has to do with your fat ratio being too high, so you have a healthy weight but still have tons of extra fat , usually around your midriff and you wish it went into your butt instead ^^' You lose that by doing exercises and remember it's always the same tune, practice and do it regularly. If you try to lose all the extra fat only by reducing your calories intake, you'll not only lose the fat, but your muscle mass as well. You'll be weak and ill, ribs will show, your skin will look bad and your hair, eyelashes and everything too.
Also do not fast. If you don't eat often enough, your body goes in survival mode. You can eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and your body will drop it. There is also some type of teas that "eat fat", forgot the name but it should be googlable. But alone it isn't enough, work it. Running and jogging can be boring but there are alternatives like biking, walking works too. Dancing could work. Exercise can also develop your legs, thighs and butt so that's a bonus.
Sorry about the long text ^^' also might go to a small con this weekend. It's still a bit cold out there so wearing a skirt could be a bad idea even if it's an inside event, I dunno.

Day: 0
Well, started exercising today. Started off slow. 10 minutes on a spin bike, then 3 sets of 10 each of the following: assisted lunges (both legs), kickbacks, bridges, floor hip abductions, and assisted squats. Tomorrow I will try 10 minutes each of Pilates, yoga, and dance. Going to alternate back and forth like that from one day to the next. Going to stay like that until the 15th, just to get into the groove of things. Then I will bump all those 10s to 15s. A week later I will go to 20s, then 25s, then I will level out at 30s.
Initial "measurements" (not sure how to do these properly, and I don't have the correct measuring tools, so these are simply referential):
Waist: 35"
Stomach: 37"
Butt: 36"
Weight: 163 lbs
Will check back in a month on those.

I feel like for the time being I'll be a trap only online. I can make female avatars and such. I need a lot of work to lose weight and find a way to reduce the congestion I have since those are things I should probably be doing anyway to be healthy.
