Tired of girls? Try a Trap!

Well sadly my house doesn't have much space for such machines. we had a stationary bike but it had to be put in the storage unit. Luckily my town rec center has a fitness room and residents can get discounted memberships.

Living in Florida does not really give me option for Kayaking or Skiing. Biking is an option, but would that be enough on its own?

Consistency is the key @oni you could bike for 4 hours but if you only did it one day you would get no results. The best thing to do is get 30 mins to an hour of running or biking every day.

Makoto is correct. Running is probably the best way to lose weight and you don’t gain much muscle from it not to mention the cheapest. Only thing is it sucks Onizuka- not many people know this but biking is more of an all body workout than people think but obviously it’s heavy on your lower body. Also I want to make clear I don’t actually recommend skiing as a workout because it’s really damn expensive. But I have burned something like 3,000 to 4,000 calories from a day of skiing.
