Tea, Not quite. It's more like wet dreams. Semen legit has a lifespan and must come out, in particular sperm has a life span of like a couple months. Not that it just builds up, but it must mature before being "released", but its also constantly being produced day and night 24/7/365. Semen is what ya see, not so much sperm, unless you count the milky whiteness of semen. And no, it will never get to much more volume than a teaspoon or so, no matter the wait. Fun facts that no one cares about.;)
