#962 No offense but moderators who can't communicate with each other(or think for themselves with their power) or provide decent and reliable help aren't really worth the position, even on this website that desperately needs it. Hidden moderators don't help either because the report function doesn't always deal with the problem fast enough. If you wanna remain hidden then make someplace for us to go too and lurk there for your secret mod safety. Props to lamby for coming out as a mod but we also need some more like dagger who will actually do things on theyre own. You don't have to be liked to be a good mod.
