Know what depression is, understand it makes you feel blank, makes you cry for no reason, makes you irritable, interferes with your day to day life AND lasts for weeks, months or years at a time....etc It's called an illness for a reason and not just a bad day. If you feel like you're suffer from an illness and not just being sad from time to time, there are ways to get help that cost little to nothing. Go to your GP tell them how you feel, they recommend a medication AND a doctor that can help.
