Every girl ive ever dated has cheated on me because I work night shifts and take a lot of overtime. Back when I was in boot camp, I was in an LDR and was cheated on with someone who lived literally 15 minutes away from me. Loyalty is a lie, but Im the fool who follows along. :')

I think its because it makes me feel like I can fill something, make them feel like someone is there for them and deeply cares for them

I think ive just grown accustomed to being that way because its how i was growing up. I've always been that person to try and become a close friend by helping others, Yet I understand what you're getting to.
