The one that always comes to mind is History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would like the anime outside of it's waifu bait.

Love Paranoia Agent. lol No Game No Life, Zankyou no Terror, Erased, Dimension W, Death Parade, and FLCL 2 are up there on my disappointed list if I had one. Don't outright hate many anime.
