idk relationships but if the end purpose of dating/relationships is marriage and or kids and if you don't want any of that don't date anyone? Do they all end with break ups or marriage?

There are many possible goals of Dating/relationships. And end purpose cant justify everything, sometimes its the process or present itself which matters. End purpose of life is Death, so why bother living?

When it comes to dating at all happens with the timing and how the person is feeling. You can't have a relationship without love or compassion because without those things it will just backfire and leave the people feeling hopeless. With a relationship you all have to know if you are in love with the person and it will only go the way that the relationship goes through the two parties if the relationship only goes one way and have only one of the party members saying where the relationship is going to go in the relationship will leave there: a. Backfire miserably with the to breaking up. B. The male or female ends up being a slave of Their Own dream of a relationship that probably will end in chaos or and in death. When it comes to having kids and a happy ending it just depends on how both parties handle the situation as some people are not ready for kids but they insist on still having them because of their own faults and choices but then there are those who are willing to have kids and have their lives all set up but then there is that middle who is not all set up in their lives but are good with kids and love their kids with a passion to not give up on their goals plus hoping that their kids have the same goals to never give up.

Dating is an uh... process in the healthiest view of things. Yeah, the end goal is mostly settling or moving on, buut there's so much more in it. You should view it as an opportunity to grow yourself and learn to know yourself as well as the other person. Even if it doesn't work out, and there's a big statistical chance it won't, one shouldn't fear it for that simple reason. People change, you change, your perception of the world changes. It's only natural. And there's soo much to be gained! Also, break ups don't always have to be big and angry. Peaceful, loving break ups happen too :p

I can see myself getting married someday, but it isn't and end goal for me. It's not something I need. But loving someone and them loving me is defiantly a goal.

Ok I didn't know any of that. I guess one can say we're dating 10+ years and live together, get along well and just do that cos they're happy being that way.

Bliss, Just curious and to clarify... By those standards, ANYONE you've messaged and has responded to you, you count as a date, like romantic and not platonic?
