The anxiety is so real right now.

Welcome to MO. The initial leap is difficult and getting over that step is great. To me the difficult thing is starting discussions with new people as I tend to over think too much, though I'm always happy to answer and help others. So I'm rooting for you moving forward in here and I hope you find good people to make friends and talk to. Oh and having an older anime as your favorite is cool. I have been watching anime over 15+ years now and some of my favorite shows are the older ones. You like what you like and that's part of you. No shame in that. Good luck and welcome again.

Well, if you need friends to talk to, everyone here is willing to try, so don't be too scared to make some new friends. Talk about things that you feel comfortable, and only share what you are willing to provide. No one here who is worth a damn is going to pry into your life, unless it is absolutely necessary! (I so stole that from a press conference about video games, and it is glorious to use it again.)

Thank you all for the warm welcomes while I was away. :) As for the part of KY that I live in, it's the Lexington area. Born and raised here and eh. I guess it's all right. xD And yesss! Anime is everything. Well not everything. Air is everything since without it you would never be allowed to live and thus never be allowed to watch anime. It all makes sense now! :D
