Anime 2018 Spring Season

Still bothers me the existence of the gear on Megalo Box, like, isn't normal box dangerous enough already? It doesn't really add anything to the fight either, more pain to the fighters and maybe more cool looking fighters for the viewers. ...and why am I overthinking this? It's still good though. lol

Lol. I thought the same thing. If you really punched someone with that gear on, you'd kill them. But in anime, anything is possible, and people are more durable. It's just for aesthetics to make it look more futuristic. It's screams of Real Steel. Definitely still going to keep watching it though.

Golden Kamuy, Full Metal Panic! Invisible Victory and SAO Alternative: Gun Gale Online are all interesting.

We're half way through the spring season. What's you favorite show so far this season? 'Steins Gate 0' is pretty good. I'm a bit disappointed in the main character. He seemed like more of an assertive doer in the original story. But it definitely has all the drama of the original, and they seemed to be building to something. I'm just kind of waiting for all hell to break loose. 'Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi' This is very cute. Great characters and well animated. It's fun to watch. 'Full Metal Panic' has been a bit of a let down. Mithril seemed so underwhelming. It was too pathetic. They could've given the impression of putting up more of a fight. 'SAO Alternative' Hmm... I think like the original SAO, you're either gonna love it or hate it. Personally I like anime where the characters are in a game. Log Horizon, .hack Sign, SAO, Quan Zhi Gao Shou, etc. I enjoyed all of them simply for that fact despite their other faults. 'Boku no Hero Academia' has been great so far this season. Hinmatsuri is another really good one this season. Very cute and funny.

1.Golden Kamuy 2.Quanzhi Gaoshou (2018) 3.Sword Art Online Alternative: Gun Gale Online 4.Major 2nd (TV) 5.Hinamatsuri 6.Isekai Izakaya - Koto Aitheria no Izakaya Nobu 7.Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii 8.Black Clover (TV) 9.Grancrest senki These are my priority in watching anime for this season. Too bad Quanzhi Gaoshou has only 3 ep. Golden Kamuy and Hinamatsuri came out great! I am so happy that animators have done an awesome job. Major gives me a good memory trip. There are many other good animes running, but I like to watch these first asap.

Well the season is coming to an end. Now that it's nearly over, any must see recommendations for anime that might not have made it to people's watch list?

I basically stand by the post and order I posted just before. The only difference is that I didn't finish Uma Musume. Hinamatsuri is the must watch of the season (─‿─)

'Hinamatsuri' really was fun to watch. 'Sword Art Online Alternative' was okay, but only just okay. I think it fell far short of the original. 'Full Metal Panic' from my perspective was pretty disappointing. The animation and characters where on par with the original, but the plot was awful. 'Golden Kamu', it's hard for me rate this one as the plot is really unique. It's not gory enough to be considered horror, but the whole skinning people thing... It was interesting enough to keep me watching. That's about all I can say.

'Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi' was a really cute anime about being spirited away. If you liked 'Natsume Yuujinchou', you'll like this one. It had a similar vibe. I enjoyed watching it. 'Megalo Box' was entertaining to watch and all in all it was decent anime. 'Saredo Tsumibito wa Ryuu to Odoru' I never really got what was really going on with all the different political factions in the story. But I liked the main characters, the fighting was cool and it was interesting enough to keep me watching every week. 'Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii' was actually a really cute Otaku love story. Or rather a comedy. If you're fan of romantic comedies, it was fairly good.
