What Are You Watching Right Now?

@ncsistjaboy His southern accent kinda ruined it for me. I think if he had downplayed his southern twang and went more subtle, it would have been better. I'm not normally one that struggles with suspending disbelief when watching movies or shows, I can usually get really into them and can't stand talking when I'm watching something. Not so much with this movie. Just a personal experience. Also, can't remember the name of the movie, but saw one a year ago? Maybe 2 that was done exceptionally well. Great cinematography.

@verucassault The way 1917 was done in one continuous sequence was brilliant. They used room transitions and scene cues to cut scenes and make it look like filming never ended when it infact did. Like the scene before the rat landmine they cut right as they headed inside the trench. Its very tedious for editors and film crews you basically gotta get the scenes leading up to that point to be exactly mirrored so a mess up is more crucial.

@verucassault Ou 1917 really good, but kinda hate how they show germans as absolute bloodthirsters. Its best shown in the pilot scene. Under those conditions theres no way he would try to kill a soilder. Afther that crash he shouldnt be able to move let alone kill someone.

In a way that is historically accurate that they would try to kill the opposing soldier. Basically if they get caught they become a prisoner of war and will be tried for crimes. However him being completely fine after crashing is not realistic.

@hell_hound7 Exactly. I didn't go into the theater expecting to get anything great out of it. Just went with Arc and his dad. But came out really impressed by how it was filmed and edited.
