Anyone else been on this site multiple times?

I've been on and off here for a few years, but I've only made maybe one or two actual friends. I try keeping in touch with people, but most just abandon the site or stop replying. I think I'm gonna try this site for just a few more days and deactivate for good. Anyone else deactivated/came back more than once? I'm sure a lot of people have a great time here and find people to talk to, but it's really not working for me.
