Good workers have to ask in such a way that there is a hint of i can take my fine ass elsewhere and get paid a bit more. Wages are decided by supply of labor and demand for labor. Its looking like Trump is actually doing very well and creating jobs. More jobs because of the supply and demand i mentioned earlier leads to higher wages, but u have to ask

Management should give raises to good employees. Send in secret workers to determine who is actually working and who isn't and determine on that since employees always put on an act w hen they know management is watching.
