Don't remember where I heard it from or if its just something I tell myself when things get hard I think about when I started whatever task it is that I'm doing and remember that it wasn't that bad thinking back on it so definitely can keep going. example That first mile of the run wasn't that bad you barely remember it you definitely have another mile in you. replacing running with almost anything.

You get what you put in sometimes, other times ya gotta work your ass and mind off. If i was a teen again, id make a balance between entertainment and future retainment.
