Nah, I doubt Russia would retaliate if the US attacked North Korea after they shot a nuke off lmao. How could they justify defending them? A much as Putin has trolled Trump, there's no way he wants a target on his forehead.

Also, the bigger play here is China, not Russia. If China were to support the US, then Russia would be forced to be our ally or stay out of it
