There were a couple of points in Steins;Gate where I was crying because I was laughing too hard...

I cry on Your lie in april but the anime was "too" sad, Steins Gate I cry so much, Grave of the fireflies, Mononoke Hime too often and a lot more :'( Your name, the end of FMA brotherhood, and a lot more

I have for a lot, more than I can remember. But the one that sticks out the most is Grave of the fireflies, that one for me the worst I think.

angel beats, clannad, hai to gensou no grimgar, anohana, shigatsu wa kimi no uso, and many more, it's easy for me to get emotionally attached to anime or manga

Ones that immediately come to mind are Clannad, Angel Beats, Guilty Crown, FLCL (weird, I know), and Rumbling Hearts.
