Hmm all time...I think it'll have to be Gundam Build Fighters for me. I watched pretty much the entire Gundam franchise and when I watched GBF, I was surprised with the amount of cameos and some scene recreations it did.

Natsume yuujinchou I think. Either that or Mushishi. Both are slow paced but I really love their portrayal of spirits/yokai. I think also both take from Japanese folk lore similar to spirited away.
