if the main character in your anime is a chick it dosent count so no black lagoon no elfen lied no ikkitousen i cant get into those for some reason i find em boring gsus i can smell the sexist troll acussations coming

You have FMA but not FMA Brotherhood on there, have you seen both? If not, FMA Brotherhood is much better IMO. Also you've seen Yu Yu Hakusho but don't wanna watch DBZ? Or maybe you've already seen it. They're incredibly similar. Soul Eater is similar to Naruto but much better. One Piece and Fairy Tail are my personal fave action anime. You definitely should watch Cowboy Bebop, it's pretty much a staple in any good anime list. Durarara has some good action and suspense. Get-Backers is often overlooked but has some just plain badass fights and characters. And Berserk as well.

surprised no one put Jormungand, though like black lagoon it has a strong female character even though she technically isn't the "main" character. oh and i also prefered FMA rather then FMA Brotherhood (too many good guys living, too much wimpy-ness from the humonculi and making Scar kill Wynnree's parents instead of the Mustang was too "safe" for a plot less interesting(sp).
