It is chest day for me. Start off with some incline push ups, then hit the bench. Go for inclines and declines. Do flies until muscle failure. Going to be fun.

Imma go visit my friend, he has a barbell in his basement. Imma see how much I can deadlift after this quarantine break

That sucks that the deadlift went from 140kg from 175kg. Trust me, in no time that will come back. It's going to take some work and good supplements, but it will come back.

Dyadka_yar I dont think supplements are necessary for me to come back to my 175kg deadlift, though I still drink protein

Honestly I noticed that if you manage to lift it, then its easy to come back to it even if you stop lifting for a while. Setting new records is difficult tho.
