Yeah sure but why add to the risks? Being at an healthy weight isn't THAT hard. My metabolism is a joke and if I consume more than 1.2K calories a day I start gaining weight unless I am physically very active. I am that chick that orders a salad and doesn't steal your fries because I know my body and came to terms with it. Plus... if the zombie apocalypse were to happen... I won't be needing that much food. So yay.

If it wasn't THAT hard there would be no overweight people~ Good for you. I personally would kill myself. Living in a zombie apocalypse doesn't sound fun. But again to each their own.
