On a serious note, any one suffering from pain, depression, and anxiety might find help in the form of kratom, which is a legal supplement that is non narcotic but affects the same receptors. I personally take it recreationally and it's quite fun.

^not just kratom, but any opiod based drug works on the same receptor for those and gives u relief. Much research hasnt been done on kratom because of which it might be 'not illegal' in ur country but that doesnt mean u should abuse it, moreover it has the same side effects and withdrawl effects which any other opiod drugs have including death. Its very arguable that it is as addictive as opiods. And its not legal everywhere either. :/

Where do I even begin?
-Was diagnosed with ADHD when I was in the 2nd grade. They put me through a full year of testing to make sure I wasn't being wrongly diagnosed.
-Haven't been diagnosed with depression, but I know that I have it. And before you ask, "Well how do you know you have it?" Trust me. I just do. For a span of almost two years I would cry every single day. I was feeling worthless. I wanted to die. I felt unloved. In a sense, I was trapped within my own personal form of Hell and I still struggle dealing with it at times.
-Anxiety. I am a ball of nerves. The slightest idea of having to do something that is outside of my comfort zone terrifies me beyond belief. Also pair it with my occasional panic attacks and you have a not so winning combo.
-Last but not least, and I'm not too sure about this one. But I've suspected it for a few years now. Dyslexia. Now I have no trouble reading or writing, the issue comes to the surface when I'm physically speaking. What'll happen is that I will swap one or two letters in a word with one or two letters in another word. For example: Stick of cheese will become chick of steese. Or mic drop will become drip moc. It's never been anything that's really major. Just enough to make me stop, think and then proceed to laugh at what I've said.
