Masturbation. Evil or Normal?

I was mostly an asexual until I was put on Prozac 20mg and Abilify 10mg while being ordered by my family to complete my tasks or go to gatherings with. It made me constantly eating, shopping and having hypersexuality. But after getting off Abilify for a few months, I feel like I still have it some after I complete life concerns and chores. I really hate it at how addictive it can get and want something to reduce it.
