To dream is to live then. Reality is fake anyways. Only the dreams pave the way for us to live. That is why we must fly to be free so we can learn to live happily.

Dreams gives us an alternate world where we can be real happy. Reality is an unwanted illusion that must be broken! Break the illusions of reality and fall into the joy of dreams and free the gripping holds that chains us here!

That is true, I have also heard they have devised certain sounds that will help induce sleep faster.
