What help you fall a Sleep?

Chamomile tea is pretty nice o: Chill music, allowing yourself an hour or a half to actually chill beforehand, a coldish shower, having the room cool and the blankets warm, an audiobook, a book, meditation, limiting blue light... physical activity in the first half of the day, a high protein easily digestible snack... try any if these, all I can think up rn xD edit: oh! stretching/foam rolling. things that reduce muscle tension have shown to decrease feelings of anxiety in a few studies, and I've tested it on myself/others too (with positive effects)!

Any two people willing? It's 25 degrees or more inside and now I'm the one cursed with sleeplessness! I... I'll pay in pokédollars!!!

Cero: yes it's creepy but it works, but now I listen to sleep asmr to relax and also because I don't trust them anymore. Trying to sleep with a video labeled sleep asmr, and then for some reason she takes two minutes putting her rubber gloves on. Much noisy eh? :(

I used to say being awake longer and having less sleep for the day would do the trick. However in my experience that no longer works for me. I just end up being awake and unable to sleep. Music, sleeping pills, sleeping tea, natural remedies, etc... I have tried many things and I all I can say is everyday is different for me. Some days I just don't sleep very long and other days I sleep longer, and like that some days I can sleep easier than others. So try something different everyday, you might find something to make you sleepy... maybe...

Another thing I noticed, that kind of obvious when you type it down, but not so much when you just live it. If you had LONG sleep, don't attempt to go to bed same time as normal, as your body is not tired, try 2h later then normal.. If you feel normal, don't try to go to bed to quick, because then you will wake up after few h, as your body will feel fresh & you will wake up. If you feel tired & you force yourself to stay up, sometimes your body goes OFF sleep MODE & you will NOT fall a sleep for long time. What helps(but can be hard due to life style/job). Go to bed same time, wake up same time. The most important part is to wake up at the same time even if you feel like ANGRY ZOMBIE. Wake up. That helps fall a sleep at X hour at the end of the day.

ASMR is my savior! Mic brushing, hair brushing, inaudible whispering, unintelligible whispers and some trigger words really do the trick for me! :3
