@koro lets say youre said worker whos very clearly based in your boss's fiction story revolving around you and one of your co-workers in a sexual setting. lets say you found out about this, as i said, clearly based around you and your co-worker. how would that make you feel at all? im not sure about you but i would be straight up disturbed and call HR on the dot.

as long as the writing is a fiction..even though the characters may be based off of real people around the writer....the writer has the right to do this..cause this will be his own creative work ... if the writer sees something in real life and tries to write that without their permission ..this can be sued... if it is fictious there is no way to sue

"based off real people" do you know what that means? this hypothetical they are not based, they are in the writing those people that's like saying a biography is based off a celebrity no it is about that celebrity
