I like yo axe's fine ass. Show me when you finish them axes. Don't make me regret saying that your axes have a fine ass BTW seems like you water jetted the outline? Or was it laser cut?

I thought as much. My university has a water jet. Among other things, I've sent brackets that I've designed to the water jet. Water jets always leave a distinctive mark. Those axes look like 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick steal. Yeah, you ain't gonna do those complex shapes in a little grinder. You'll want to blow your brains out. Did you design the design the 2D profile or did you download it off the internet? AutoCad, Solidworks or some other rendering program?

it's a bit over 3/8 thick and yes i did design those sort of myself, design is mostly credit to my friend who is getting one of them, the other is for me, i drew it on paper, he improved it on paint and then i did the rest in fusion 360.

next step for now is waiting for my handle hardware to come in the mail this week, i've already ground the bevels and heat treated them, gotta bust out yee ol sandblaster to clean them up.
