What ANIME are you watching right now?

I never got into one piece, but yeah... I feel like there's much more they could've done. I get it, they work with what they have. I was very, very disappointed with the live action death note and cowboy bebop ... Well, mildly with cowboy bebop. I enjoyed what it was. There so much material to work with I'll probably give this show a chance for shits and giggles.

@amir_bahram I look forward to learning your experience with season 2. You're probably aware the change of tone and pace from Vinland's first season. Especially if you read my posts on here about it, hehe!

I did enjoy certain episodes and thought the last 2 were the most powerful. I will look forward to watching season 3. I simply wish Einar could have been more engaged in conversation about how he and Thorfinn would succeed in maintaining order in a nonviolent world. Clearly that was supposed to be left for later seasons, but it should have started with both men learning why violence has been the choice for establishing peace over 1,000's of years. It is frustrating for characters to say over and over, "Won't justice be done? How is this a form of government? We should break this cycle!" Then never come up with a sensible foundation for achieving such lofty ideals.
