As people have said Aku no Hana is pretty unique being entirely rotoscoped, theres also Ping Pong and Tatami Galaxy. Also Space Dandy sort of counts I guess since it often changes animation styles and directors even sometimes for an entire episode.

Not sure if it's a good example, but the style of youjo senki. I'm talking about the lolis and their uncanny as hell faces. Like wtf is this. xD At first I thought that Tanja is some sort of frog-human-hybrid and that the plot is all about her DEFORMATION
