SAO hollow fragment question

I'm currently playing Sao hf and well I hit floor 96 and scouted the whole and when I try to attend the Boss meeting it tells me we are short on people or something along those lines also Recommended strength for this boss is 1045pts I currently have 2285pts Can someone tell me if they know how to get to the boss room ? Please I really want to get to finish this game
