I don't really have iron clad rules lol. I have general things I find attractive, and decide if there is a deviation from that. If the absolute value falls within a certain range, assuming they are beautiful inside (which is what I really care about) I will be happy. TLDR, I would love a 31 IV Pokémon but realize that the Hidden Power of one that does not have such strength could be nice as well :)

I mainly look at how long their hair is. If it passed their waist then I want them. They have to be shorter then me with that long hair though ^-^

Normally the face. I pay attention to the facial expression they make. This doesn't only apply to women but men as well. If they seem happy around me as I spend time with them, then I would date.

Face for sure. Second is overall build and curviness, but the face is way more important; at least, to me anyway. In particular, I like soft features: big eyes, small nose, and slightly rounded cheeks. I prefer less makeup as well. I like it when it's subtle enough that you can barely tell they have anything on. Turns offs include a lot of facial piercings or tattoos because I'm apparantly a hater of all things fun. I mean, a few little things are okay, I just don't care for it when they're all over the place. Although I have kissed somebody with a tongue ring and giant hoops in their ears and I must say, he was a pretty good kisser. :P

Everything, how they dress, Hair style, body figure, facial features. Gives me a sense of their personality and if I need to know more, its a chance to walk up and ask.
