    Lol I swear you make some of the best threads on here. Hmmmmm I'm not sure, but I believe #1 and #2 might be some form of Kimchi. However, I seriously can't tell if the green matchstick chopped stuff is spring onion or marinated seaweed. O_o

You think so?  Well thank you.
#1 and #2 do not have seaweed, and they are definitely kimchi.  Aside from the seaweed, your guesses were right on.  It is chive kimchi, or Buchukimchi.

Yeah, I find them quite hilarious and entertaining.
I'm from far east where a certain kind of seaweed is extremely popular, and the deep dark color of otherwise light green chives in their fresh state made me confuse it for that stuff. So yeah, my bad. xD
