Has anyone tried out this game? It's the third game in the Zero Escape series directed by Kotaro Uchikoshi, which focuses on a group of nine individuals trying to survive hellish games created by a person calling themself "Zero". I'm fairly new to the series, but I've been absolutely loving this latest game. It combines complex puzzle solving with some incredibly intense decision-making sections, which often can (and will) result in the deaths of the individuals in the story. This latest game is also told in a non-linear fashion, and can be incredibly confusing at first until you start to experience each fragment of the story. I think it's a worthwhile experience, and I became quite attached to the characters. Ultimately, if you love horror, philosophy, and visual novel styled story-telling, you should love this.

Played it at release and beaten it since. Overall I really enjoyed it myself but was somewhat unsatisfied with certain aspects of the ending. I suppose I can't really go into details because of spoilers.

Played all 3 games of the series and I recommend everyone play them all if you're into visual novels.
999 and Virtue's Last Reward are the previous 2 entries. Go check them out.

@VeZeal: I definitely will if I can get my hands on a DS or something. I've played Zero Time Dilemma on my PC.

I believe they are trying to get them both out on steam sooner or later.

That'd definitely be great. I feel like I'm missing a lot just playing this game :/

Lol oh definitely. Akane and Junpei's story begins in 999 while Sigma and Phi's story begins in VLR.

Imagine starting with the 3rd game might have spoiled some of the story elements from the first two games, but since you liked the third game I also recommend playing the first two when they are eventually added to steam.
