A clarification about spamming?

Two messages in a row is considered spamming? Really? Jfc. I'm sure we all see spamming differently but to me, it's when someone keeps sending message after message after message after message over and over and over in a short space of time to the point where I want to punch a hole in the wall because it annoys me that much. Believe me, you're definitely not spamming whatsoever And two messages!? Jfc, I cannot get over that!
