I just started watching Kiznaiver and it was pretty emotional. Deals a lot with feeling another persons pain and how that connects people. I actually like it a lot x].

I really connected with naruto. Not just because it's popular, but because I am a lot like naruto, minus the self confidence. I am hyper, annoying, and socially awkward in that I always seem to be in someone's way. Naruto showed me that these things can be good, so I connect with naruto on an emotional and personal level.

You want a real emotional anime that will make you cry, watch "Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso" or english title "Your Lie in April." I really don't cry, yet that one hit me hard. ;( Other anime: Clannad Air

Elfen Lied. One of the saddest animes ever. A bit of nudity and gore but apart from that a wonderful anime.

Definitly Your Lie in April. I always thought I hated animes with a music theme, but it was one of the best I ever watched and it made me cry like a baby D:
