I'm curious to read what everyone eats here ! Do you eat meat and just whatever you want, do you only eat organic food or do you have a vegetarian or even vegan diet ? And why do you eat like that ?
I used to eat whatever I wanted and made a point to try new things whenever I could. I love food and was a little unhealthy for it.
About 7 months ago, I changed my outlook. I still eat what I want for the most part, but I changed what I wanted to eat to fit a healthier lifestyle and added a moderation rule. If someone offers me free food or to join them out to eat, I make sure to turn them down nine out of ten times.
A lot of the food that I eat now consists of veggies/salads, soups, stir fry, and sandwiches. I haven't decided if this change will be permanent or not yet, but I will never be fully reverting back to how I used to eat. I will decide what to do in the long-term after losing 12 more pounds.
100 % meat lover here. I can eat meat everyday XD I love it omg. And if I was born in another culture I'd probably apply my grandma's logic for most Asian people living in Venezuela. She says they all think this: "From mosquitos and above, everything is good to eat." I swear if I didn't despise bugs with my soul I'd be like that too XDDD.
I'm still curious. Do you all buy like organic meat or do you give more about yourselves than animals or you don't care at all or something ? Not attacking you, just curious. I, myself plan on going vegetarian. Maybe if it works out, in the future, vegan, but I'm not sure yet.
I like my meats, but I also like my veggies too. I actually get my beef locally and there is a definite difference in taste from the store bought meat.
Jason, I've noticed a lot more athletes and fitness specialists going vegan. They look pretty good too.

I feel like a meal isn't complete with out some form of delicious meat included.
