(My first putting my topic about something so if its bad i get better later on) Anyway as a kid i never really though about what to be when i grow up or any goals til i saw toonami which in time i never knew that it was from japan and that i was a otaku. around 15 i read my first manga called love roma and i got hook to it and i wanted to draw and make manga (but my drawings were not very good)but i wrote stories instead. after i graduated at 19 everything felt different since now im older im still thinking what to go for in my life. I want to make a manga but wonder if making it a web comic is better since manga not making business in the us. theres other things too but feels like where i live i wont find it.If anyone have the time to give me your advice it be nice =)

Making a webcomic is good for practice or for the love of doing so, but the few people who make their living at it usually worked really hard and always got really lucky. You might be better off thinking about what other subjects you've dreamt about (even to a lesser degree), and doing the manga writing as a hobby with hopes but not expectations of making it big. What was your major? I'm sure you had to find something you liked in order to succeed in those classes. If you meant graduated from high school, maybe find a college catalog and see what degree you'd be willing to work at enough to take. You wouldn't need to go so far as taking the degree courses, but it could be a good place to start thinking.

Sounds like a good plan to me. More well-formed than the plans a lot of people make.

I agree with jet73l, a webcomic is a GREAT way to get in some practice and experience. I follow several online comics and I've watched them really grow and evolve over the years. It's truly amazing.
